How long is the voucher valid?
5 years from the date of issue — the law requires 3, we’re happy to give more.
Can I split the voucher?
Yes. You can spread the value over several stays — just let us know when you book.
What happens if I cancel?
The voucher doesn’t expire. Cancelling a stay has no effect on its value.
Is the voucher transferable?
Yes, freely. We don’t have to put a name on it.
