Two holiday apartments built in solid Tyrolean timber: the ground floor with 85 m² and its own terrace, the first floor with 100 m² and a wide balcony. Both sleep 2 to 6 people and come with a full kitchen, a bathroom with tub and shower, and a separate WC.

Two apartments with Tyrolean character.

Our apartments lie away from the road on the Sonnenplateau in Going — in the Schwendt part of the village, at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser. The Tirolerhaus is built in the Tyrolean style, in solid timber and comfortably furnished.

In summer there is time for quiet in our garden by the fountain, on the terrace (ground floor) or on the balcony (first floor). The apartments are an ideal starting point for walks into the Kaisergebirge. The little ones look forward to our farm animals: cows, calves, our ponies Fini und Max, rabbits and goats to stroke.

In winter you have the ski taxi at your disposal, which takes you straight into the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser–Brixental. Take the toboggan run down the Astberg or visit the ice rink in Going. You join the cross-country trail right outside the house and set off into the Kaiser landscape.

Frequently asked questions

How big are the apartments in the Tirolerhaus?

What is the difference between the ground floor and the first floor?

The ground floor (85 m²) has its own terrace opening straight onto the garden — ideal for families with small children. The first floor (100 m²) is larger and has two balconies instead of a terrace — a new one facing the Wilder Kaiser and a second large balcony with views all round. Both apartments have two bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and shower, and a separate WC.

How is the kitchen equipped?

Both kitchens have been newly renovated and are equipped identically: oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, microwave and fridge.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in both apartments. Each also has a smart TV with streaming for quiet evenings in.

What does the final cleaning cost?

We charge € 160,– once per stay, regardless of how long you stay. The apartment is freshly cleaned on arrival, with beds made up and towels out.

Are bed linen and towels included?

Yes, bed and table linen and towels are included in every house and freshly made up before you arrive.

What is included in the price?

Free to use: sauna, infrared cabin, Kneipp pool, playground, garden house with barbecue spot, sun lawn — and a look at the animals in the barn. Internet is included as well.

What is special about the first floor?

At about 100 m², the first floor is the larger of the two apartments — with an open kitchen-living room, two bedrooms and your own retreat on two balconies. Perfect for quiet winter and summer days with a view of the Wilder Kaiser.
