01Prices

The price shown is per night for the whole apartment — not per person. It is self-catering and excludes the local visitor tax.

The visitor tax is levied by the municipality of Going and settled on departure.

02Final cleaning

A final cleaning fee is charged per stay and per apartment. It is a one-off charge and is independent of the length of your stay.

Your apartment is freshly cleaned when you arrive — bed and table linen and towels are already made up and included in the price.

03Minimum stay

During peak season — Christmas, New Year, February, and July and August — the minimum stay is five nights.

Outside these periods shorter stays are possible too. Just ask — we usually find a way.

04Arrival and departure

Arriving later? No problem — just send us a short message and we will arrange everything for a smooth handover.

05Optional extras

Carport — per day, please reserve in advance

Drinks

Free parking is available right at the farm — the carport is an optional extra for anyone who would rather keep their car under cover.

06Cancellation terms

Plans change. So you know where you stand, the following deadlines apply — counted from the agreed date of arrival:

up to 90 days before arrival

90 to 30 days before arrival

30 to 7 days before arrival

7 days or less before arrival

100 %

The percentages relate to the agreed total price. Please always notify us of a cancellation in writing — an email to info@gafalhof.com is enough.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. It costs little and takes the pressure off both sides if something comes up.

07Legal basis

The booking terms set out in the price list apply, together with the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms (ÖHVB 2006) as amended from time to time.
